At 6:00pm David Owens, longtime CRSA sailor and galley cook will share secrets of successful galley cooking, covering topics from provisioning to cooking shortcuts, recipes and more. Sally Shafer will assist. Feel free to make this your BYOB Happy Hour!
At 7:15 we will start dinner and Merritt Wade will lead our traditional Trip Tales with speakers Vicki Sikora, Gary White and David Leddy recounting stories from their trip to the Seychelles last November.
Please bring a dish to share, as well as your beverage of choice.
You are welcome to bring a friend if you know someone who is interested in joining the club or participating in club trips.
