Scorpion Sailboat 14ft 14' Scorpion sail boat and trailer, of unknown year. The boat is hunter green and white with red sail. It is in fine working condition, but could use some paint touch ups and other maintenance. I repaired a crack in the cockpit, but I think there is still a minor leak (as some water will drain from the boat after being sailed) that does not prevent it from being sailed. Tons of fun, and a great summer project for someone. $600 Contact Thomas Richards 859-797-8870 thomas.richards45@gmail.com |

Hunter 25 1979 Hunter 25' sloop with 8hp Evinrude on a mooring at Scott's Creek. The sails (main, Genoa, and jib) are old but in fairly good shape for cruising. I don't have a trailer but dive on the boat and have seen no hull problems. The hull is dry, but in hard rain may take a little water through a couple of pieces of deck hardware. She has a bolted on fixed keel and draws 3'-11.
The interior is very spacious with an 8' beam and 5'-10" standing headroom. You enter the cabin into the saloon, move forward to an enclosed head with porta-potty, and then into the V-berth. There is one hatch in the V and 2 passive mushroom vents for ventilation. The boat breathes well and doesn't have a mold problem.
There are a few maintenance needs like caulking some deck hardware and the cabin top hand rails need remounting. Basically, she needs a weekend or two of basic TLC, but can be sailed right now. We are selling her because we have a Catalina 22 as well and would like to be a one boat family. $4,000 and I will assist with transfer of the mooring. Email n4_mjr at yahoo dot com for pictures and more information. Thanks, Michael and Renée Rogers
